For most planetary mixer users, their basic understandings on the mixer are:
Pros: The ability to make small portion of samples, with high velocity, evenly mixed.
Cons: (1)The mixing ability on high viscosity and high density materials are ineffective.
(2)The mixer has a low durability under chronic usage.
(3)Low efficiency when mixing for a a longer amount of time.
(4)For nano materials that have high constipation, i.e. partice size smaller than 50nm, cannot be evenly dispersed.
without a doubt, planetary mixers have the ability to mix evenly with high speed.
When dealing with extremely small particles, high viscosity or high density materials, mixing abilities must be strictly requested.
Mixing power with 300G or less is clearly inadequate.
Mixers based on belt transmissions have problems with low reproducibility and high malfunction rate.
(B)
By using Newton's second law of motion (F=MA) to calculate planetary mixer's G force, we have found different views on calculation basis.
We believe that the representation of "G" of a mixer should be focused on the mixing ability inside the container, but not the mixer itself.
In other words, statistics provided by other companies on their own mixer are not the actual "G" the container inside the mixer can prodice.
Atouch has verified that only the G force created inside the container, can create the same outcome under different machines. If you fel that
there is a necessity to find out the accurate G force of your mixer, please do not hestitate to contact us and find out immediately.

With a mixing power of 1000G created inside the container, you should be able to:
1. Pick up what had been a failure before, and find the outcome surprisingly different.
2. Shorten the current mixing process, lower your cost with faster procedures.
3. Boldly use new materials, create new products, lower your cost, and even increase your profit!
4. Increase your products' level by using nano materials such as carbon nanotubes.
5. Change your operattions. Letting subsidiary factories only extract and deconcentrate highly condensed materials to prevent confidential let outs.
6. Produce high viscosity materials(i.e. clay). You no longer need to mix and stockpile raw ingredients in advance. Greatly reduce capital pressure!
